
The Human Development Index (HDI) of the M East ward is 0.05, the lowest in Mumbai. In comparison, the HDI of D ward (Nana Chowk) is 0.96. We work with schools present across seven underprivileged wards of Mumbai with a major focus in the M ward.

We identified education as the first cornerstone of our mission. Over the years, we've gone from teaching, to providing scholarships, mentoring, counselling, and working with school principals, teachers, and even parents. We partner mostly with vernacular medium schools catering to children from underprivileged families.

We prioritized healthcare to curb the dropout rate in schools as a result of the child’s poor health & malnutrition. To nourish their physical & emotional health, we’ve taken measures like organising eye camps, sponsoring surgeries, & providing nutritious meals. We also upgrade poor infrastructure to provide a safe learning environment.

Our livelihood training programmes are designed to help school and college dropouts acquire necessary skills and secure jobs in the organised sector to maintain thriving livelihoods. This initiative has further branched into a skill-based vocational programme to train these individuals for the retail, beauty, banking, and hospitality industry.
