KEF employees from 'Unnati' and 'Excel' interventions attended a 5-day employability program organized at M.H. SabooSiddik Polytechnic, Mumbai, Byculla.
The sessions were held by Brunel University London and IIT Delhi.
The employees were trained on developing 3 core competencies concerning employability such as knowledge, skills and the right personal attitude. It also encouraged them to exhibit confidence and good analytical skills. The sessions served as a platform to learn and discuss teamwork, leadership, problem-solving skills and communication through practical, uplifting and sustainable development projects.
