Keeping in view the uncertainty of processes with schools closed for a long time owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, VILT ('Virtual Instructor-Led Training') was organized based on the theme – ‘Scenario Planning’ - a technique to build strategies in uncertain situations, integrating concepts like 'Circle of Control' (COC) and 'Circle of Behaviour' (COB).
The session was conducted by Mr. Diyant Ali, Founder and CEO- ‘Outlife Outbound Training’, 255 School leaders of 67 partner schools attended the session.
The discussion was focused on 2-3 probable situations for school education in these times and out-of-the-box discussion and ideation on various strategies to implement these scenarios using the COC method with the School Leaders was encouraged.
Also, through peer discussions, the school leaders discovered each other’s strengths and skills and came up with newer ways in which they can teach both online and offline.
