Rayz is the annual talent showcase of ‘Umang' intervention with the objective of providing students with an opportunity to showcase their English speaking skills at the end of the 3-year Umang program.
This year over 1000 students from 10 schools participated in the event. The theme for the show was ‘Around the World’, wherein students travel the world, discover how countries are working towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and when they come back to India, they learn about how these SDGs are being achieved back home.
Students performed skits, songs, dances, and a group discussion in English language, and left the audience spellbound.
