What will your responsibilities be?

We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Consultant to join our team and oversee the implementation and operation of our HR systems. The HR Operations Consultant's responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and guiding employees on all company benefit plans. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

What do we expect from you?

  • Graduate / Post graduate in any stream (Preferred MBA)

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

    1. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    2. Experience using spreadsheets
    3. Organizational skills
    4. Good verbal and written communication skills
    5. Update internal databases with new hire information
    6. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
